C’est LA technique d’impression sur textiles par définition, que ce soit sur carrousel automatique ou manuel (sélectionné en fonction du support), ce procédé reste le plus courant dans le monde de l’impression textile. Notre équipement en carrousel automatique et manuel nous permet de répondre à tous types de demande.

Le procédé est le suivant, de l’encre est raclée sur un écran de soie tendu dans un cadre en alu, qui laisse passer cette encre uniquement à l’endroit choisi, on peut simplifier en disant que c’est un système de « pochoir » (bien entendu un traitement est réalisée sur l’écran en pré-production). En effet cette toile est traitée grâce à un film réalisé par nos soins et exposé durant un temps donné à la lumière UV.
